The Labrador Rescue Trust was originally set up towards the end of 1988 by a number of Labrador enthusiasts who care very deeply about the well-being of the breed.

The organisation was initially known as Labrador Rescue (South West) and was granted charitable status in February 1993.

We foster and care for cats and kittens in the Stamford, Bourne, Deeping and Oakham area until permanent homes for these cats can be found. These cats come into us for rehoming for a number of different reasons but the most common reasons are relationship breakdown, moving into rented accommodation and allergies so through no fault of the cat's own.
We can also help with neutering by providing vouchers towards the cost of this, if you would like to find out more and to see if you are eligible for a voucher please contact 01780 764703.
