Pet Passports
Pet passports can also be obtained at the surgery. We issue your pet with its very own passport which allows you to travel around Europe.

Consultations
All our consultations are by appointment only.
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Saturday 8.30am to 12 noon.
Urgent cases are always seen as a priority but we would be most grateful if you could call prior to your arrival, allowing us to prepare.
In An Emergency....
We provide a 24 hour emergency service all year round. In the event of an emergency simply call the practice on 01780 763180 where you will hear an answer phone message providing you with the duty vet’s contact details. Calling the vet back to the practice out of normal surgery hours may involve additional fees.
Repeat Prescriptions
Some patients require repeated supplies of medication in order to maintain their wellbeing. It helps us if you are able to order your prescriptions a day or so in advance of collecting them from the surgery. We would normally dispense one months supply of medication at a time, provided we are happy that the patient is stable.
Please note that we will need to occasionally re-examine your pet to ensure the treatment supplied is suitable and is being given at the correct dose.
Non-prescription products such as flea treatments, wormers and ear cleaners can be purchased over the counter.
Reception/Shop
Our reception has a wide range of pet food and accessories. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please ask at reception and we will do our very best to order that item in for you by the following day.

Our in-house blood analyzer
- - In-house laboratory with our very own in-house blood machine that allows our vets to diagnose and treat our patients as quickly and efficiently as possible

Puppy Parties
Puppy parties are free of charge and are held every two weeks at the practice between 7.00pm-8.00pm. The classes are run by Julia Durrant our practice dog trainer who qualified from The Association of Dog Training. She will go through basic puppy training and any behavioural problems you may be experiencing. They are also great fun!
