We believe transparency is highly appreciated by our clients and allows them to make informed decisions. Our vets and nurses are used to discussing difficult situations with our clients and working with them to find the best possible treatment plan for each individual situation, so please don’t feel worried about raising your financial concerns with them. There will usually be a range of treatment options available, and your vet will be able to discuss the best option for your pet.

Our aim is to make sure your puppy or kitten has the best possible start in life.

Our puppy and kitten primary vaccine courses include:

  • 1st and 2nd Vaccines which include Letpo 4 for puppies and FeLV for kittens
  • A head to tail vet examination
  • 50% off a kennel cough vaccination
  • 3 months worth of flea & worming treatments
  • A bag of ProPlan Expert Puppy (4kg) or Kitten (1.5kg)
  • A free toy

 

  • Complimentary monthly check-ins with a veterinary nurse to weigh your puppy/kitten and prescribe the correct dose of flea/worming treatments. They are also happy to answer any health/development questions you may have.
  • Complimentary 6 Month Check Up with a veterinary nurse to give you the chance to learn what changes and adjustments may need to made now your puppy/kitten is approaching their adult stage of life (diets, neutering, dental care).

All vaccinations include a full health check by a veterinary surgeon. 2nd vaccinations are administered by a qualified veterinary nurse.

All our neutering prices include:

  • IV fluid therapy for bitch spays
  • Use of our theatre suits and extensive monitoring equipment
  • The professional time of our experienced vets and nurses
  • Post-operative pain relief
  • Pain relief pre-operatively to aid your pets recovery and keep them comfortable & pain free.
  • A post-operative diet to feed once you get them home to aid gut flora.
  • A bag of ProPlan Expert Neutered Dog (4kg) or Cat (1.5kg) and information booklet explaining how this diet can assist your pet to maintain a healthy body weight now they have been neutered.
  • A Smart Elizabethan Collar
  • The hospitalisation of your pet in our warm/clean cattery or kennel room (seperate from each other).
  • Use of our heated beds to help maintain a safe body temperature and aid a smooth/safe recovery.
